It has the advantages of high production efficiency, low energy consumption, simple actual operation, automatic fault alarm, stable performance and no three wastes. The methods of injection, spit, extrusion and welding can be used to inject plastic shoulder for aluminum-plastic composite pipe and plastic pipe. The produced shoulder has no clamping suture, and the appearance is beautiful, generous and stable. The equipment can be matched with the b.gls-ii composite hose pipe making machine produced by our company to form a full-automatic pipe making production line, and can also be matched with other pipe making machines to produce plastic hoses. Compared with the shoulder injection machine used in China, the equipment has the characteristics of higher material utilization rate and lower labor intensity.
