A typical shampoo production line generally consists of a shampoo mixing tank, batching tank, metering tank, operation platform, control cabinet, as well as associated filters, pipelines, and valves.
The shampoo mixing tank is the main unit in the production line. It is composed of an inner tank, a jacket for steam and cooling water, an outer insulation layer, a top-mounted variable-speed agitator, a temperature measuring device, and material inlet/outlet devices. Both the inner tank and outer shell are made of stainless steel.
