ZJR Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier
This equipment is suitable for heating, dissolving, homogenizing, emulsifying, and vacuum degassing of materials. It is used for the production of emulsions, creams, and ointments such as facial cleansers, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and similar products.
A complete set of equipment includes an oil phase tank, a water phase tank, an emulsifying tank, an operation platform, and a control cabinet.

All‑in‑one processing in a single unit: heating, melting, vacuuming, homogenizing and cooling can be performed in a continuous process.
Easy to clean.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring hygienic and sterile vacuum mixing.
The newly developed ceramic gap‑free high‑shear homogenizing emulsifier can reduce material particle size to 0.5 μm.
