The machine features a high degree of mechanization, including automatic tube feeding, drilling and chip blowing, aluminum foil sealing, cap feeding, capping, and tube discharging. It adopts a PLC control system for more accurate and stable operation. The indexing mechanism uses a cam divider for precise and smooth positioning. The indexing motor is equipped with frequency‑conversion speed control. The tightness of capping is controlled by a servo motor, allowing torque to be set arbitrarily.
The machine uses dual‑tube feeding, dual‑cap feeding, dual‑capping, and dual‑tube discharging, which significantly improves production efficiency.
