Compared with similar domestic and international products, it offers advantages such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault alarm, non‑stop coil changing, accurate positioning of the rotary cutter, stable performance, and simple maintenance.
Using aluminum‑plastic composite sheets and all‑plastic composite sheets as raw materials, and employing high‑frequency welding technology, the machine can produce various specifications of composite hoses. The finished products feature straight and firm weld seams, precise cutting, and uniform length.
The equipment can be paired with our B.ZT‑III Automatic Shoulder Injection Machine to form a fully automatic tube production line.
Equipped with a non‑stop coil changing mechanism, it achieves higher material utilization and reduced labor intensity.
