For operator safety, the machine requires the operator to press two mold‑closing buttons simultaneously with both hands when closing the mold. This prevents hands from being caught in the fast‑closing mold area, providing effective protection.
The machine uses screw pre‑plasticizing, quantitative, and limit feeding, combined with full hydraulic fast/slow mold clamping. The main pressure valve adopts a dual‑proportional design, ensuring uniform stress distribution, accurate low‑pressure protection, and smooth full‑stroke performance. It features multi‑zone temperature control, multi‑stage injection pressure, infinitely adjustable injection speed and back pressure, and forward/backward movement of the injection unit for easy mold adjustment and barrel cleaning.
With high clamping force, stable mold movement, electrical interlocking, and smooth, attractive, and reliable injection heads, the machine also offers advantages such as a small footprint, fully enclosed main components, and convenient mold installation and removal.
Shoulder Injection Molds:
Tube diameters range from Φ12.7 mm to Φ60 mm. Shapes include oval and round, and can also be custom‑designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. Thread forms can also be custom‑designed and manufactured based on customer needs.
