The B.ZJ‑I Automatic Shoulder Injection Machine is a new high‑tech special‑purpose hose shoulder injection machine independently developed by our company. All actions of this machine are intelligently controlled by a large PLC and operated via a touch‑screen HMI. It integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic technologies, offering advantages such as high production efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault alarm, stable performance, and no waste discharge (zero emissions).
Using injection, extrusion, forming, and welding processes, the machine can apply plastic shoulders to aluminum‑plastic composite tubes and plastic tubes. The resulting shoulders are seamless, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally stable.
The equipment can be paired with our B.GLS‑II Composite Hose Making Machine to form a fully automatic tube production line, or it can be integrated with other tube‑making machines for plastic hose production.
Compared with shoulder injection machines currently used in China, this equipment features higher material utilization and lower labor intensity.
The equipment mainly consists of: a full‑servo drive mechanism, an automatic tube feeding mechanism, a quantitative plastic extrusion mechanism, a mold clamping and forming mechanism, a demolding and separating mechanism, an automatic tube unloading mechanism, and an automatic feeding mechanism.
