One of the key factors for evaluating the quality of a hose filling and sealing machine is its filling accuracy; a qualified machine is generally required to ensure a filling accuracy of ±1%. To guarantee excellent filling accuracy, manufacturers of filling and sealing machines usually adopt a matched high-quality filling system based on the material characteristics and filling volume required by customers.

However, customers may sometimes find that the filling accuracy of the machine is unsatisfactory during use. To ensure filling accuracy in actual operation, users need to pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Before the hose filling and sealing machine is operated, the metering pump should be run idly for a few minutes to eliminate air bubbles in the filling rotary valve pipe. Filling accuracy can only be guaranteed when the filling air pressure is stable and no material splashes during filling.

2. If air bubbles in the pipe cannot be eliminated for a long time during the filling process, it is necessary to check whether the filling pump has air leakage, whether the piston sealing ring in the filling cylinder is faulty, and whether there are problems with other sealing parts.

3. If the filled material contains a large amount of particles and impurities and the filling accuracy is inaccurate, check whether impurities are stuck on the valve plate, which causes the one-way valve to close incompletely and leads to inaccurate filling volume.
