Introduction to the B.GFN-100 Filling and Sealing Machine

The B.GFN-100 Filling and Sealing Machine is widely used in cosmetics, toothpaste, pharmaceutical creams, food, shoe polish, adhesives, and other industries. It is suitable for filling, sealing, and batch-code printing of aluminum-plastic and all-plastic tube packaging products. Depending on customer requirements, this model can be equipped with a specially designed filling device to achieve dual-use filling for both liquid and cream materials. The machine can be used independently or integrated with automatic packaging machines to form a complete production line.

Equipped with an automatic tube feeding magazine, automatic tube loading, automatic color-code alignment, automatic tube discharging, and double-head filling.

Hot-air internal heating: hot air heats the inner wall of the tube without damaging the surface structure, resulting in an attractive seal. It is especially suitable for sealing all-plastic tubes.

Mechanical adjustment of filling volume, no-tube no-fill function, PLC control, and touch-screen operation.

Equipped with a plexiglass dust cover.
