Model B.ZJ-I Automatic Shoulder Injection Machine is a high-tech new special equipment for hose shoulder injection independently developed by our company. All actions of this shoulder injection machine are intelligently controlled by a large PLC and operated via a touch screen human-machine interface. Integrating mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, it features high production efficiency, low energy consumption, simple operation, automatic fault alarm, stable performance, and no three industrial wastes. Adopting the processes of injection, extrusion, molding and welding, it can inject plastic shoulders for aluminum-plastic composite hoses and plastic hoses. The produced shoulders have no mold clamping lines, with an attractive, elegant and firm appearance.

This equipment can be matched with Model B.GLS-II composite hose making machine produced by our company to form a full-automatic hose production line, and can also be paired with other hose making machines for the production of plastic hoses. Compared with the shoulder injection machines currently used in China, this equipment is characterized by higher material utilization rate and lower labor intensity.

The main components of the equipment include: a full servo drive mechanism, an automatic tube feeding mechanism, a quantitative plastic extrusion mechanism, a mold clamping and forming mechanism, a demolding and separating mechanism, an automatic tube unloading mechanism, an automatic feeding mechanism, etc.
