Notes on the Operating Procedures of Metal Hose Filling and Sealing Machine

1. Remove impurities from the hopper, add materials, and place the hopper filling cover in position.

2. Turn on the power supply of the metal hose filling and sealing machine and press the main power switch; the counter will display 0. When the main power switch is pressed, the frequency converter will display "OFF". When the materials reach the required temperature, press the "Run" button on the frequency converter, and the frequency converter will display "LS". At this time, turn the frequency converter knob clockwise (do not apply excessive force to avoid damaging the internal tooth surface of the knob and causing slipping); the motor will start, the indexing plate will operate, and the tail sealing mechanism will begin to run (the frequency converter knob can be adjusted to an appropriate operating speed at any time during operation).

3. Press the filling button of the metal hose filling and sealing machine (the photoelectric probe starts to work) to begin the tube insertion process (the tube is inserted manually into the machine). When the turntable drives the empty tube to the filling nozzle, the photoelectric probe will receive a signal and start filling (the filling tube seat operates when there is no tube). When the metering pump completes one action, the micro switch receives a signal and filling stops. The counter counts once for each operation of the metering pump (the counter can be reset and recounted at any time), and the cycle repeats. (For a new machine, the initial filling is to expel air from the metering pump, so it is a dry run.)

4. Check the filling volume and adjust the metering value if there is any deviation.

5. After the operation of the metal hose filling and sealing machine is completed, turn off the filling switch in sequence, turn the frequency converter knob counterclockwise until the indexing plate stops running, and cut off the power supply.

During the operation of the metal hose filling and sealing machine, do not touch the operating parts with your hands to prevent accidents. After adjusting the metering value, be sure to lock the lock nut. If any abnormal response occurs during the operation of the metal hose filling and sealing machine, do not restart the machine until the cause is identified. When filling large-capacity containers, the diameter of the filling nozzle should not be too small to prevent material splashing or nozzle damage due to excessive pressure during the filling process.
