Operational Safety Precautions for Liquid Filling Machines

The installation, operation and maintenance of liquid filling machines must be performed by dedicated personnel. Before any installation, operation, maintenance or inspection work, please read the operation manual carefully to ensure proper use. Installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of the equipment may only be carried out after the operator has a proficient grasp of the relevant equipment conditions, safety information and precautions.

Operational Safety Precautions for Liquid Filling Machines:

(1) Before starting up the liquid filling machine, check the equipment's earthing wire, and inspect the pneumatic pipelines for air leakage, pipe cracking and other defects;

(2) Ensure thorough cleaning of the filling machine: keep the external surface clean, regularly remove material buildup on the weighing body, and pay close attention to the cleanliness inside the electric control cabinet;

(3) Replace the motor lubricating oil annually, check the chain tension and adjust it in a timely manner;

(4) During production, regularly inspect the mechanical components of the filling machine to check for normal rotation and lifting, abnormal operation, and loose screws;

(5) The sensors of the liquid filling machine are high-precision, hermetically sealed and highly sensitive components. Striking and overloading are strictly prohibited, and the sensors must not be touched during operation. Access is only permitted for maintenance purposes.
