What criteria should we follow when selecting a packaging hose production line?

If a customer’s main target market consists of cosmetics manufacturers, a good choice would be an all-plastic composite hose or plastic co-extrusion hose production line. All-plastic composite hoses and co-extruded hoses offer excellent resilience, are softer, and provide a better hand feel, making them well-suited for the cosmetics industry.

If the primary customers are toothpaste manufacturers, an aluminum-plastic composite hose production line is more appropriate. Aluminum-plastic composite hoses provide excellent barrier properties and low resilience. When a toothpaste tube is opened, it maintains its squeezed shape due to its strong plasticity, preventing air from entering and reacting with the paste.

If the main customers are pharmaceutical factories with high demand for ointment tubes, an aluminum tube production line should be selected. Aluminum tubes offer superior barrier performance and are an ideal choice for ointment packaging.
