The fully automatic shoulder injection machine is a high-tech new type of hose shoulder injection machine independently developed by our company. All movements of this type of shoulder injection machine are controlled by a large PL. C intelligent touch screen human-machine operation, integrating machine, electricity, and gas. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault alarm, stable performance, and no three wastes. Plastic shoulders can be injected onto aluminum-plastic composite pipes and plastic pipes using injection, extrusion, and welding methods. The shoulders produced have no stitching, with a beautiful and sturdy appearance. This machine can be matched with our company's B.GLS-II composite hose making machine for fully automatic pipe making production lines, and can also be matched with other pipe making machines to produce plastic hoses. Compared with the shoulder injection machines currently used in China, this machine has the characteristics of increased material utilization, increased labor intensity, and safe use.
